Salary

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity is to join our Private Capital team as an experienced consultant, supporting the continued expansion of our practice.

The team serves investor and strategic clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from opportunity identification through due diligence, M&A execution, and post-transaction value realization.

We achieve this through proven, results-oriented approaches across all sectors of the market.

As a consultant, you will have the opportunity for rapid professional growth, participate in entrepreneurial work, and share in the success of the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization)
  • Knowledge within Corporate Finance and Due Diligence
  • Experience working across industries within Corporate, Finance, and Advisory
  • A strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Fluency in English and ideally one other language
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
  • Willingness to travel
  • The ability to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and apply existing ones
  • Creativity to come up with novel ideas to solve complex problems
  • An aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or identifying key issues in complex challenges
  • A willingness to work collaboratively with our talented team
