Job Description:

Airbus Netherlands B.V. is seeking a highly skilled Product Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Team in Leiden, The Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams on quality-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Software) or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in the space industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
