Our service enables businesses and couriers to deliver goods efficiently and sustainably on the last mile, partnering with companies like Flink, MAYD, Wolt, and Just Eat Takeaway.com, as well as thousands of independent couriers.
Your Mission at CYCLE Mobility Holding GmbH- Perform regular safety checks and maintenance on our e-bikes to ensure they are in top condition for our customers.
- Diagnose and repair faults, sharing findings and solutions with the team as needed.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ordering and stocking to ensure optimal equipment.
- Take responsibility for the entire fleet, from initial inspection to final acceptance.
- Provide on-site service, visiting partner companies to maintain and repair e-bikes directly.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, actively gathering feedback to ensure complete satisfaction and encouraging dialogue.
- Practical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, or related fields is advantageous, or relevant personal experience is acceptable.
- Passion for E-bikes and bicycles is essential, with the ability to repair them.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Dutch a plus.
- Full-time position with varied working hours.
- A Class B driver's license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel daily for work to various regions.
