Key Tasks and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to cover a maternity leave position in our Noordwijk team. As a versatile and independent professional, you will work closely with HR colleagues to provide support and guidance to employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trust and credibility with employees and customers to coach, support, and direct as appropriate.
  • Coordinate training programs, personal development plans, and employee performance reviews to support employee growth.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Initiate and/or support multiple HR projects.
Skills and Experience

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree level.
  • Knowledge of Dutch labour law is an advantage, as is experience with expats or in an international organisation.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Able to think around 'people problems' and come up with solutions.
  • Independent thinker who works well in a team.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Dutch and another European language is an advantage.
About the Role

This role is located in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Direct hire and working hours per week is the preferred option.
