About the Role

We are seeking a Product Industrialization Lead to join our team in Eindhoven. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from engineering phase to production, determining project scope, defining project plans and budgets, and executing them.

Responsibilities
  • Determine project scope, define project plan & budget, and execute it
  • Keep all stakeholders informed about progress and motivate team members to perform
  • Validate first systems and deliver required process deliverables for design, quality, supply chain, work instructions, and manage required equipment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project manager in multidisciplinary complex projects (OEM and/or manufacturing environment)
  • Experience with introducing new products and/or processes from engineering to production (industrialization) is crucial
  • Strong communication & organizational skills and poses strong leadership (confident, persuasive, proactive, team builder, entrepreneurial)
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English

Estimated Salary

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
