We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Beauty Sales Expert to join our team at Too Faced. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving retail sales targets through events and artistry.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by executing promotional and event calendars at store level, ensuring alignment with monthly sales goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with store managers to empower them to increase business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments, fostering a culture of sales excellence.
- Participate in major event set-up and execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Provide regular updates on KPIs to management, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain a high level of merchandising standards, ensuring cleanliness, counter stock, and display units meet company expectations.
- Communicate effectively with management, providing timely updates on sales performance, out-of-stocks, and seasonal activity.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sales-driven and confident in handling figures, with a strong focus on results.
- Professional knowledge of De Bijenkorf and Douglas' structure, makeup business, and KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
- Passion for the beauty industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- Makeup artistry background and retail operational experience in the field.
