Senior Sustainability Sourcing Manager

Coty's Consumer Beauty Division is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainable Sourcing Manager to lead our supplier decarbonization program. As a key member of our sustainable sourcing team, you will be responsible for managing our supplier decarbonization strategy, program, and roll-out, as well as supporting our teams on scope 3 carbon reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a supplier decarbonization program, aligning with our company's climate ambitions.
- Collaborate with strategic suppliers to co-create roadmaps towards our decarbonization goals.
- Consolidate decarbonization project work to review progress versus targets and share best practices.
- Support scope 3 reporting calculations and educate stakeholders on best practices.
- Leverage industry expertise to drive innovation and transformation in our supply chain.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in an environmental sustainability-related discipline or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ years' experience in the Beauty or CPG industry, with a strong focus on supplier/scope 3 carbon/climate expertise.
- Understanding or experience in other nature topics, such as water, waste, biodiversity, and deforestation.
- Experience in complex, multi-national companies and strong communication skills to persuade others.
- Capable of synthesizing data to drive business decisions.
