Senior Sustainability Sourcing Manager

Coty's Consumer Beauty Division is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainable Sourcing Manager to lead our supplier decarbonization program. As a key member of our sustainable sourcing team, you will be responsible for managing our supplier decarbonization strategy, program, and roll-out, as well as supporting our teams on scope 3 carbon reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a supplier decarbonization program, including alignment on strategy, toolkit for buying teams and suppliers, and recommendation on supplier targets and roadmaps.
- Engage with strategic suppliers and support them in co-creating roadmaps towards our ambitions.
- Consolidate decarbonization project work to review progress versus targets and share best practices and key leverage opportunities.
- Support scope 3 reporting calculations.
- Educate on best practices and drive our transformation, focusing on leveraging industry best practices on the basics and selecting key innovative transformation opportunities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in an environmental sustainability-related discipline or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ years' experience in the Beauty or CPG industry, preferably with strong supplier/scope 3 carbon/climate expertise.
- Understanding or experience on other Nature topics, such as water, waste, biodiversity, and deforestation.
- Experience in complex, multi-national companies.
- Strong communication skills to persuade others, articulate a point of view, and set direction.
- Capable of synthesizing data to drive business decisions.
