Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our global operations team in Deventer, The Netherlands.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for managing large-scale customer-focused projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments and functions, ensuring project and financial progress and happy customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clarify, specify, and execute projects from initial quotation phase to commissioning, handover, follow-up, and project completion
  • Generate buy-in among stakeholders and motivate teams to ensure all aspects of a project move in the same direction
  • E nsure projects are delivered safely, within budget, and according to scope, quality, and schedule
  • Oversee customer management and maintain high satisfaction levels during project execution
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record as an experienced project manager with technical insight
  • Excellent organizational skills and a helicopter view of the project process
  • Strong communication skills to mitigate between stakeholders and communicate changes
  • Experience from a similar role in a global company in the same industry or equivalent experience and knowledge of project management
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
