Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain realistic project and quality plans, tracking activities against the plan, and providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide effective leadership to the project team, ensuring team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
  • Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers.
  • Make and give presentations to internal executives.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities, ensuring comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained.
