Job Summary:
Westfalia Fruit is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Maasdijk, Netherlands. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of fruit and stock upon arrival, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, assessing quality, quantity, and adherence to specifications using standardised tools.
- Accurately record findings, generate reports, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a quality control or related role, preferably within the fresh produce industry.
- Proven experience in conducting inspections of incoming raw materials according to established quality standards and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify potential quality issues during inspections.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, technical teams, and external surveyors.
