Cost Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our Business Insights & Control team at ASML. As a Cost Controller, you will play a critical role in driving cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a controller interacting with other controllers and business counterparts for the sector Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
• Coordinate and execute periodical planning and performance management cycles.
• Drive adoption of insight-based, high-quality decision making throughout ASML.
• Partner with the business to drive optimal Cost of Goods decision making.
• Drive optimization and improvement of processes and policies, standardization of worldwide reporting, and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information.
• Management reporting and analysis.
• Drive the Sourcing community in cost-down initiatives by participating in business improvement projects and validating business cases.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with CPA and/or MBA, preferred.
• More than 6 years of relevant experience in Finance roles, including at least 5 years in Finance Business Partnering as part of a Management Team, in large-size international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.
• Experience with working in a matrix organization.
• Ability and experience of effectively communicating and influencing across all levels of a large global organization.
