About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at myTomorrows. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating access to potentially life-saving treatments for patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for our Expanded Access Programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth-running programs and correct reporting
  • Manage all aspects of the program, from set-up to execution and delivery of services
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them up-to-date on the process/progress of the program
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and advise on solutions to tackle operational issues
  • Be responsible for the onboarding and launch of innovative programs
  • Create detailed timelines and ensure that deadlines are being met
  • Contribute to improving our Expanded Access Program processes and strategies
Requirements
  • University degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry / CROs
  • Knowledge regarding Expanded Access is a plus
  • Experience with fostering positive business relationships and promoting value through customer experience, networking
  • A good eye for detail; thinking in processes/operations comes natural to you
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
