At myTomorrows, we're on a mission to empower patients and physicians to discover and access clinical treatments in development. As a Program Manager - Expanded Access Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating access to potentially life-saving treatments for patients worldwide.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring global access to our portfolio of products via smooth-running expanded access programs. As the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, you'll collaborate with our Biopharma clients to ensure a seamless program execution and correct reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of expanded access programs, from set-up to execution and delivery of services
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including drug developers and cross-functional departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to improving our Expanded Access Program processes and strategies
  • Support overall myTomorrows program performance and operations, as needed
Requirements
  • University degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry / CROs
  • Knowledge regarding Expanded Access is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
