Program Manager III, Ring Insights

Are you a passionate and self-starting Program Manager looking to facilitate Alpha, Beta, and Delta testing for products designed to reduce crime in neighborhoods? Ring is seeking a Program Manager who is customer-obsessed, has a bias for action, and wants to learn and be curious.

About the Role

The Program Manager will join the Ring Insights Team in supporting our product team in managing highly successful Alpha, Beta, and Delta tests that bring new products to market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple stakeholder groups each week
  • Building weekly detailed reports around feedback, survey results, and metrics captured during testing
  • Taking action and ownership of situations with minimal guidance
  • Monitoring backend metrics for programs assigned
  • Correlating backend metrics with tester feedback to identify trends
  • Managing multiple project/programs simultaneously
  • Creating test plans for Alpha, Beta, and Delta Programs
  • Creating test cases with Product Managers for users to go through during the testing phase
  • Creating end-of-week reports for stakeholders for all assigned programs
  • Attending weekly business reviews to review programs assigned with leadership
  • Working with the logistics team to ship product for assigned programs
About the Team

The Ring Insights organization, founded in 2017, is a growing group of customer-obsessed individuals. Our work and workstreams center around identifying customer needs and advocating for them. We do this through Trials (Alpha/Beta Testing), UX Research, and User Acceptance Testing. Our team functions are built to assess a product or experience with a 360-degree perspective, ensuring we are meeting our customers' needs through leveraging research and data.

Requirements

We are looking for a Program Manager with:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification or Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or design. Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization is a plus.
