About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Ring Insights team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating Alpha, Beta, and Delta testing for products designed to reduce crime in neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups each week, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports on feedback, survey results, and metrics captured during testing.
  • Take ownership of situations with minimal guidance, demonstrating a bias for action and customer obsession.
  • Monitor backend metrics for assigned programs and correlate them with tester feedback to identify trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Create test plans, test cases, and end-of-week reports for stakeholder review.
  • Attend weekly business reviews to review programs assigned with leadership.
About the Team

The Ring Insights organization is a growing group of customer-obsessed individuals. Our work centers around identifying customer needs and advocating for them through Trials, UX Research, and User Acceptance Testing. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of our locations in Amsterdam, NLD.

Basic Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification or Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or design
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
