Program Manager III, Ring Insights

Are you a passionate and self-starting Program Manager looking to facilitate Alpha, Beta, and Delta testing for products designed to reduce crime in neighborhoods? Ring is seeking a Program Manager who is customer-obsessed, has a bias for action, and wants to learn and be curious.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups each week, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Build weekly detailed reports around feedback, survey results, and metrics captured during testing.
  • Take action and ownership of situations with minimal guidance, driving results and improvements.
  • Monitor backend metrics for assigned programs and correlate them with tester feedback to identify trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Create test plans for Alpha, Beta, and Delta Programs, ensuring thorough and efficient testing.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ship products for assigned programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
About the Team:

The Ring Insights organization is a growing group of customer-obsessed individuals, founded in 2017. Our work and workstreams center around identifying customer needs and advocating for them through Trials (Alpha / Beta Testing), UX Research, and User Acceptance Testing. We function as a 360-degree perspective, ensuring we meet our customers' needs through leveraging research and data.

Basic Qualifications:
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification or Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or design
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
