In-Store Activation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled In-Store Activation Manager to join our dynamic team at EDCO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing in-store activation strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with brand objectives and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of displays and POS materials across various retail outlets
- Monitor the installation and placement of promotional materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and retailer specifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, logistics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in in-store activation, brand management, or a similar role within the non-food FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and distribution of POS materials
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
