Als ervaren Talent Acquisition Manager met een passie voor je vak ben je misschien de perfecte kandidaat voor deze rol bij Randstad.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zullen bestaan uit:

  • Het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van een efficiënte Talent Acquisition strategie
  • Het implementeren van deze strategie en het optimaliseren van de recruitment performance
  • Het werken met regionale TA teams, EB, Digital HR en People Analytics om te zorgen dat de organisatie op de hoogte is van alle ontwikkelingen in de branche

We zoeken iemand die conceptueel sterk, analytisch en gewillig is om anderen te beïnvloeden. Als je minimaal 10 jaar ervaring hebt in Talent Acquisition en je bent bekend met recruitment technologieën (ATS, assessments, tools etc.) dan zijn we mogelijk wel degene die jou zoekt.
