About the Role

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to lead our Industrial Business Unit. As a key member of our Product Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, launch new products, and expand into new markets.
  • Manage product portfolios to optimize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional product management teams to drive execution of product line strategies.
  • Establish and execute pricing policies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Champion new product introduction (NPI) projects to drive products to market on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in product management and strategy or business development.
  • 8+ years of team leadership in a Product Management Environment.
  • Proven track record in portfolio management with demonstrated success in portfolio optimization, product road-mapping, product gap identification, and product launch.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding financial performance including top-line and profit expansion, cost reduction, and margin improvement.
  • Global leader with a track record of developing and inspiring high-performing teams across multiple regions.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed structure, at pace, and with high degrees of ambiguity.
  • Exposure and experience in the Industrial market is desired.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand implications of key financial and quantitative factors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • MBA or relevant P&L experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
  • English language required.
