Global Product Manager for Industrial Business Unit

As a Global Product Manager for the Industrial Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy to scale the business substantially and accelerate growth over the next 5 years. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including strategy, revenue, profitability, portfolio decisions, roadmaps, and new product developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear portfolio strategy for strong financial outcomes.
  • Drive breakthroughs via innovative approaches such as new market entries, product innovations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Cascade vision throughout the organization, aligning with near-term plans and metrics for organizational buy-in.
  • Communicate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate on product and technology roadmaps with engineering and sales teams to meet business and market needs.
  • Work closely with R&D and operations to develop products meeting current and future market demands.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years experience of product management and strategy or business development.
  • 8+ years of team leadership in a Product Management Environment.
  • Proven track record in portfolio management with demonstrated success in portfolio optimization, product road-mapping, product gap identification, and product launch.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding financial performance including top-line and profit expansion, cost reduction, and margin improvement.
  • Global leader with a track record of developing and inspiring high performing teams across multiple regions.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed structure, at pace, and with high degrees of ambiguity.
  • Exposure and experience in the Industrial market is desired.
  • Strong financial acumen. Has the ability to understand implications of key financial and quantitative factors. Effectively draws conclusions from quantitative information.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • MBA or relevant P&L experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
  • English language required.
