Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional product strategy for our Industrial Relays business in the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional product strategy to drive business growth and profitability in the EMEA market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Industrial Relays market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to develop and implement product plans and strategies.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including product development, launch, and exit strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, or Manufacturing Management.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant business management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the field of Relays or industry experience (automation, robotic, motion & drive) is a plus.
