Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Product Manager to join our team in the EMEA market. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional product strategy that drives business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and implement market segmentation strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape sales and marketing strategies and goals
  • Manage product lifecycle, including product development, launch, and exit
  • Support the development of a 5-year strategic growth plan and market analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, product, or manufacturing management
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant business management experience preferred
  • Experience in the field of relays or industry experience in automation, robotics, motion, and drive
