Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional product strategy for our Industrial Relays business in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional product strategy to drive business growth and profitability in EMEA.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape sales and marketing strategies and goals.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including product development, launch, and exit.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Lead and support customer meetings to win new business and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, product, or manufacturing management.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant business management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the field of relays or industry experience (automation, robotic, motion & drive) is a plus.
Competencies
  • Strong commercial and marketing skills, including ability to derive insights from VOC (Voice of Customer).
  • Familiarity and experience leveraging a commercial toolkit, VOC, market segmentation, strategic pricing, customer communication, etc.
  • Experience influencing others and getting things done through others.
  • Working knowledge of industrial product markets.
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and budgeting/financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding time limits.
