Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Product Manager to join our team in EMEA. This role will be responsible for developing a regional product strategy and coordinating new product introductions into the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Assess Product Demand Forecast (S&OP) to support Operations/Manufacturing and influence long-term capacity planning
  • Design go-to-market strategy, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships
  • Manage the product lifecycle, by actively promoting or exiting products in accordance with Global product strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to shape sales and marketing strategies and goals, in line with financial goals
  • Support the development of a 5-year strategic growth plan, market analysis, competitive analysis, industry trends, and market penetration of product lines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, or Manufacturing Management
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant business management experience is preferred
  • Experience in the field of Relays, or industry experience (automation, robotic, motion & drive is a plus
