The CRO Specialist will be responsible for achieving conversion rate targets for our Marketplace websites, focusing on the French market. You'll improve lead quality without affecting conversion rates. You'll use tools like HotJar, Matomo, and Clarity to analyze user behavior.

• Gain user insights through surveys, usability testing, and other methods.
• Increase the conversion of our main page elements: headlines, USPs, CTA blocks, and forms.
• Translate insights into hypotheses and conduct A/B tests using VWO.
• Document user insights and test results.
• Share your findings with the CRO & SEO team.
• Ensure that CRO best practices are implemented across our websites.
• Manage stakeholders from various teams, including Development, SEO, Management, Marketing Operations, among others.

You must have:

• Fluency in French (ideally native or near-native) besides English.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a CRO specialist.
• An analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Analytics software like Google Analytics, Matomo, or Mixpanel.
• Experience with one of the following tools: VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
