Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our sales team and play a crucial role in our success. You will support account managers and contribute to strengthening our market position by:
- Leads Calling and Acquisition: You will be responsible for actively approaching potential customers in the IT sector. You will qualify leads, schedule appointments, and convert cold acquisition into valuable customer relationships.
- Supporting the Sales Team: You will provide daily support to the sales team by taking on administrative tasks and optimizing sales processes. This includes updating customer data, preparing offers, and coordinating internal communication.
- Target-Oriented Approach: You will work with clear targets and goals that help you measure your performance. Achieving these targets not only brings satisfaction but also attractive bonuses.
- Customer Relationship Building: You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will identify market opportunities and ensure that customers feel heard and valued, contributing to long-term partnerships.
- Market Opportunity Identification: You will monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for the company. You will report your findings and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
