Site Supply Chain Manager

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Supply Chain Manager om ons team te versterken. Als Supply Chain Manager zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheren van onze supply chain processen en het sturen van operationele prestaties. Je zult werken aan de implementatie en verbetering van standaard SCM-processen en zorgdragen voor de naleving van managementprocessen en afstemming met de rest van de site.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Ontwerp van een bedrijfscultuur in lijn met de normen en waarden van GKN Aerospace
- Zorg voor een veilige werkomgeving voor SCM- en logistieke medewerkers
- Leiding geven aan het SCM-team met focus op doelen, prestaties, talentmanagement en organisatieplanning
- Uitvoering van de wereldwijde Supply Chain Management-strategie
- Beheer en verbetering van planningsprocessen (SIOP, MPS) binnen de site
- Coördinatie van Operations Supply Review (SIOP) en verbindingen tussen programmateams en site-team
- Optimalisatie van voorraadstrategie en -prestaties (DIO)
- Implementatie van GKNA-standaarden en continue verbeteringen
- Monitoring en analyse van SCM-metrics
- Beheer van logistieke activiteiten en bijbehorende kosten, inclusief vracht, opslag en interne verplaatsingen
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor totale kosten van SCM-functie, inclusief personeelsbestand en budgetten
We zoeken een kandidaat met een bachelordiploma in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Met minimaal 7-8 jaar ervaring als SCM-manager binnen een productieorganisatie, bij voorkeur in de metaalindustrie, heb je een solide achtergrond opgebouwd in het effectief beheren van supply chain processen en het sturen van operationele prestaties. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands, en bij voorkeur ook in het Engels. Als je de Nederlandse taal nog niet beheerst, ben je bereid dit op korte termijn te leren om effectieve communicatie binnen het team te garanderen.
