Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in Transport, Manufacturing, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing project assignments related to intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc.
  • Taking up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors, and contributing to knowledge creation and exchange within the business units.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Your analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, will be essential in driving successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, operations management, transportation engineering).
  • At least 4 years of experience as a consultant in transport, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
  • A strong interest in the transport, manufacturing, or retail sector, and a willingness to assist in developing the Transport, Manufacturing, and Retail business unit.
  • The ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
