Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all logistics flows and related virtual movements within the market. This role is crucial in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize logistics operations, including electronic data interchange (EDI) interfaces and inventory cycle counts.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to 3PL stock reconciliation, demurrage limitation, customs handling, and system reconciliation of receipts.
- Develop and manage inbound flow processes, including unload planning, container management, and trucking operations.
- Oversee special logistics operations, such as quality reworks, late configuration reworks, replacement of damaged packaging, bundling, and in/out trade material.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods through direct store fulfillment, order placement, delivery arrangements, and returns management.
- Manage EDI/MRP interfaces for stores, processing payments and resolving delivery issues.
- Process e-commerce orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy for delivery creation, PGI, and invoicing.
- Communicate out-of-stock situations for spares, manage the spares order book, and execute stock movement between markets.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in logistics operations and systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, independent, and dynamic.
- A critical thinker who can both identify and implement change.
