Job Overview

Focusing on innovation and expertise, Focus Cloud Group is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, propose scalable solutions, and implement best practices for CRM development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy solutions within Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance customer and internal user experiences.
  • Customization & Integration: Customize and configure Salesforce environments using Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools. Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions.
  • Data Management: Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and resolving integration errors. Handle data migrations across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency using Data Loader, Workbench, and API tools.
  • System Administration & Maintenance: Perform user management tasks (permissions, roles, profiles) and system health checks. Monitor and manage Salesforce release updates, ensuring compatibility and leveraging new features.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align Salesforce capabilities with company objectives. Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure adoption and proper usage of Salesforce functionalities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes).
  • Experience managing third-party integrations via APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware.
  • Proficiency in data migration and management tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Data Import Wizard).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and governance best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, aligning with agile methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Experience Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
