Salesforce CRM Developer / Hybrid Amsterdam 2 days per week on site / 9 months / Start ASAP
Rate: 480 SEK per hour
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce CRM Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud while ensuring seamless integrations with other platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, propose scalable solutions, and implement best practices for CRM development.
This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing the CRM ecosystem, including automation, data migration, and ongoing system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development & Implementation
● Design, develop, and deploy solutions within Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to enhance customer and internal user experiences.
● Customize and configure Salesforce environments using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools .
● Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., Marketing platforms, Event Management tools, ERP systems, Tableau, Qualtrics, Splash ) using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions .
● Manage deployments from DEV to Production environments using SFDX, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
● Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and demos before go-live to ensure successful implementations.
Integration & Data Management:
● Oversee system integrations , ensuring seamless data flow and resolving integration errors.
● Handle data migrations across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency using Data Loader, Workbench, and API tools .
● Maintain data integrity and quality checks , fixing bulk data issues as needed.
System Administration & Maintenance:
● Perform user management tasks (permissions, roles, profiles) and system health checks.
● Monitor and manage Salesforce release updates , ensuring compatibility and leveraging new features.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation errors (e.g., Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Triggers) .
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:
● Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align Salesforce capabilities with company objectives.
● Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure adoption and proper usage of Salesforce functionalities.
● Maintain technical documentation and best practices to support ongoing system improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
● 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud .
● Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes).
● Experience managing third-party integrations via APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware.
● Proficiency in data migration and management tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Data Import Wizard).
● Knowledge of Salesforce security and governance best practices .
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively , aligning with agile methodologies.
● Salesforce certi fi cations (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Experience Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
