Key Responsibilities- Implement supply chain and distribution project management activities aligned with regional targets.
- Drive process improvement to elevate the customer experience and deliver profitable growth.
- Anticipate challenges and risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Establish KPIs for the department and supervise performance against them.
- Ensure accurate resource levels to enhance business readiness.
- Establish goals for direct report employees in line with career and interpersonal development plans.
- Support the General Manager in planning for business development and investments.
- Supervise revenue trends against forecasts and take action to meet targets.
- Expand share of wallet with existing customers and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in leading project management functional teams in CRO, Medical Device, or distribution.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams across multiple geographies.
- Role Model Leadership experience.
- Strong commercial competence and financial knowledge.
- Track record of success in process improvement and change management projects.
- Talent management and development skills.
- Ability to navigate a sophisticated matrix organization.
