Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden

Wat heb je nodig?
  • Een afgeronde WO-opleiding zoals (bijvoorbeeld): Health Economics, Healthcare Management, Klinische Informatica, (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Biomedische Wetenschappen, Biotechnology, Science, Business & Innovation of Biomolecular Sciences
  • Bewezen ervaring met business development in het Life Sciences segment en een voldoende groot netwerk
  • 10+ jaar werkervaring gerelateerd aan organisatieveranderingen, strategie en innovatie waarbij een hoge mate van impact en het managen daarvan bekend is
  • Ervaring in life sciences (pharma, diagnostiek, medische technologie, biotech)
  • Ervaring met programma management
  • Ervaring als volwaardig gesprekspartner voor directies en management
  • Ervaring met projecten en programma's als: Organisatie- en/of IT Transformatie, Leiderschap en wendbaarheid, Technologie strategie, sourcing, implementatie
