Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Program Manager to lead the implementation of our quality strategy worldwide. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Units, Regions, and Central Functions to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Quality Assurance roadmap
  • Process owner for the worldwide execution of the FFS Quality Strategy
  • Maintain frequent customer contact to monitor quality delivery
  • Manage quality in the value chain, including sub-contractors
  • Encourage change and improvements in performance and quality
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Develop and secure necessary competence in quality management
  • Represent FFS at third parties, such as NGOs, Universities, and Industry associations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Quality Management or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality management
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong change management skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Experience in working with organizations with differing policies and conflict resolution
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

Location

Preferably based in Assendelft, just north of Amsterdam (the Netherlands). Must be ready and willing to travel internationally.
