Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients and partners via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
