Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality & Prevention Officer to join our operations team in a part-time capacity (24 hours per week). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, developing, and training the organization on our ISO Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct internal audits and process evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and educate employees on quality management principles and procedures.
- Collaborate with the production department to ensure quality control and process control.
- Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and sustainability of production processes.
- Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries related to quality and develop strategies to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance management.
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Certified auditor for ISO:9001-2015 standard.
- Experience in directing and participating in safety committees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
