voco The Hague is a unique hotel located in the heart of The Hague. As a Night Auditor, you will be part of a passionate and ambitious team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Night Audit Tasks
    • Run the closing of the day in our systems and create reports for multiple departments.
    • Follow up on administrative discrepancies and ensure correct communication with the right departments.
  • Ensure Guest and Colleague Safety
    • Follow existing procedures to ensure guest and colleague safety and security.
  • Contribute to a Smooth Shift
    • Ensure all procedures are executed correctly for the smooth running of the shift.
    • Contribute to the improvement of all procedures.
  • Provide Excellent Service
    • Check guests in and out and handle guest requests.
    • Prepare and deliver food and drinks from a limited night room service menu.
    • Post expenses on guest accounts and process payments.
  • Train and Develop Team Members
    • Train reception hosts on night-related brand standards.
    • Ensure SOPs are followed.
  • Promote Teamwork and Lifestyle Service
    • Promote teamwork and lifestyle service through clear communication and coordination with other teams.
    • Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive.
  • Live the voco Brand
    • Live the voco brand with pride, passion, and energy.
    • Create and inspire others to deliver memorable branded guest experiences.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Passion for Hospitality
    • Passion for hospitality and a desire to deliver exceptional service.
  • Knowledge and Experience
    • Knowledge of PMS system Opera is an advantage.
    • Experience in a night role within a hospitality environment.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong organizational and task-management skills.
    • Helicopter view and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Pro-active attitude and eye for detail.
    • Naturally outgoing and friendly personality.
    • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
