We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our second-line risk management team at Brand New Day. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring credit risks in our loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage credit risks in our loan portfolios, including residential mortgages and SME loans.
- Develop and maintain credit risk models, including PD, LGD, and EAD, to determine expected credit losses.
- Conduct stress tests and scenario analysis to ensure the robustness of our credit risk framework.
- Monitor and report on credit risk limits and risk appetite, ensuring alignment with our risk management framework.
- Collaborate with the treasury department to ensure effective risk management and reporting.
- Higher education with a quantitative affinity and sound knowledge of credit risk analysis.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector, with a focus on credit risk management.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
