About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Entrust. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will be responsible for assessing and handling incoming leads, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring the right follow-up to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through telephone, chat, and email communication.
  • Assess and handle incoming leads, working closely with Sales Executives and Product Specialists to bring in new customers.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, preparing quotations and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure effective follow-up and deal closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree and fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish collaborations.
  • Commercial experience and a dynamic working environment with varied work activities.
  • Verbal strength, goodwill on the phone, and the ability to connect the right colleagues based on customer needs.
  • Affinity with IT/SaaS is an advantage.
