About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at Infosys. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex supply chain optimization projects and drive business growth.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for anchoring engagement efforts, defining project processes, and guiding teams on deliverables. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical leadership to project teams.
You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Your expertise in supply chain planning and optimization, combined with your experience in leading implementation teams, will be essential in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities- Anchoring engagement efforts for assignments, including business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
- Providing technical leadership to project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and providing guidance on project processes and deliverables.
- Developing and testing custom BY TMS programs to support data conversions, interfaces, reports, enhancements, and forms development.
- Maintaining application release control and ensuring designs adhere to the architectural roadmap.
- Experience in TM, TP, TMOD, and logistics procurement using BY TMS.
- Strong knowledge of APIs for integration with external applications and EDI integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and business & IT stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment and exhibit a commitment to customer service.
- Experience with Windows/Unix environment, Pl/sql programming, and Oracle databases.
- Strong conceptual understanding in Supply Chain Planning and Optimization and analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Onsite experience and ability to design and develop POCs to customers on preferred solutions.
