In samenwerking met Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoeksinstellingen zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Ondersteuner TTW (Toegepaste Technische Wetenschappen) à 32 uur per week voor minimaal 6 maanden beschikbaar.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Beheert de agenda van een directie-/bestuurslid en zorgt dat benodigde informatie tijdig wordt aangeleverd of opgevraagd;
  • Handelt complexe binnenkomende vragen af en komt zelf met oplossingen als dat kan;
  • Beantwoordt complexe inhoudelijke vragen over procedures, rondes en projecten;
  • Bereidt organisatiebrede beleidsnotities voor en werkt beleidsbeslissingen uit;
  • Voert beleidsondersteunende werkzaamheden uit en rapporteert hierover;
  • Bereidt presentaties voor en merkt knelpunten op;
  • Werkt voorstellen voor verbetering uit.
Functie-eisen
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Beheersing van het complete MS Office-pakket;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Anticiperen op processen en werkzaamheden;
  • Communicatief vaardig en binnen de gestelde kaders servicegericht;
  • Prioriteiten kunnen stellen en snel kunnen schakelen;
  • Oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief;
  • Integer;
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Afwisselende baan bij een overheidsorganisatie;
  • Marktconform salaris van €3.319,-/€4.576,- schaal 9, conform cao Onderzoeksinstellingen;
  • Voor minimaal 6 maanden beschikbaar;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,19 cent per km op basis van eigen vervoer conform ANWB routeplanner snelste route;
  • Bouwt naar rato 25 vakantiedagen per jaar op en ontvangt 8,33% vakantiegeld over verdiende salaris;
  • Pensioenopbouw vanaf dag 1;
  • Thuiswerkvergoeding van €3,05 per dag en eindejaarsuitkering van 4%;
  • Doorbemiddeling bij einde opdracht of einde dienstverband.
