Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team at Randstad Participatie. As a Project Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including planning and notetaking for meetings
  • Browse and archive incoming and outgoing emails related to the project
  • Browse and archive project documents, including revision management, delivery documents, and tenders
  • Make and coordinate appointments for the project team
  • Manage and track important documents, sometimes legally binding
  • Create and manage purchase orders and track administrative handling
  • Be the focal point for the project team in working with various Gasunie applications, such as Office 365, SharePoint, Doxs, and Ariba
Requirements
  • MBO-4/HBO work and thinking level, supplemented by 3 years of relevant experience in technical administration, preferably in a project environment
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with knowledge of the full Office 365 package being a plus
  • Highly skilled in making and efficiently using systems
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both in writing and speaking, with the ability to formulate language correctly and pay attention to layout/design
  • Ability to accurately perform tasks for an extended period, even under pressure, and develop a system to prevent errors
  • Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and proactivity
