Job Title: Senior Research Assistant - Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
The University of Hong Kong (HKU) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Assistant - Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for providing developmental and implemental assistance to our large-scale educational project on learner diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with and engage different teams and school stakeholders in terms of project dissemination
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing strategies to promote the project and dissemination
- Ensure consistent and effective communication of the project's positioning
- Prepare promotional and dissemination events and materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Social Science, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Language or a related discipline
- At least 3 years' full-time work experience in educational projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines proactively and efficiently
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Familiarity with Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools, script writing and video production is an advantage
