Position Overview

As an Embedded Systems Project Coordinator, you will take charge of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial technical discussions with clients to the follow-up on customer satisfaction after delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams comprising electronics designers, software engineers, and system architects, while promoting a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations, managing project scope, and addressing any additional requests from customers.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, preparing tailored quotations that meet client specifications.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong background in software and mechatronics development processes.
  • Expertise in requirements engineering for embedded and mechatronic systems.
  • Ability to articulate and document requirements effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure successful project execution.
  • Proficient in identifying potential challenges during the requirements gathering and development phases.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
