Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a Senior Project Manager for Embedded Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership: Assume full responsibility and ownership of projects from initial technical meetings with the customer to post-delivery customer satisfaction checks.
  • Team Leadership: Compose a project team (electronics designers, integrators, software engineers, architect) and foster a positive team atmosphere to achieve the best project results.
  • Project Execution: Execute the project and ensure compliance with what was offered to the customer, manage scope, and address additional customer requests, oversee the project plan, and monitor the budget and required quality.
  • Commercial Opportunities: Identify and develop commercial opportunities in close collaboration with sales, and prepare quotations to meet customer needs and requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Skills: Skilled in software and mechatronics development processes, proficient in requirements engineering for embedded/software or mechatronics systems, and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
  • Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing requirements and project needs in a dynamic environment.
