Project Overview

As a Project Manager at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initial technical meetings with customers to post-delivery customer satisfaction checks. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful implementation of projects, managing scope, budget, and quality while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compose and lead a project team, including electronics designers, integrators, software engineers, and architects.
  • Execute projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, managing scope, and addressing additional customer requests.
  • Oversee project plans, monitor budgets, and ensure required quality standards are met.
  • Identify and develop commercial opportunities in collaboration with sales, preparing quotations to meet customer needs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Skilled in software and mechatronics development processes.
  • Proficient in requirements engineering for embedded/software or mechatronic systems.
  • Capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable in identifying and addressing potential issues during requirements gathering and development phases.
  • Able to adapt to changing requirements and project needs in a dynamic environment.
