Job Summary
The Clinical Trials Centre at HKU is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join its team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing clinical trial data, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data management specialists and biostatisticians to perform data management, analysis, and reporting tasks;
- Develop and implement data management plans, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports;
- Design and develop Electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems;
- Provide EDC system user training and perform quality assurance/quality control for the data management and analysis process;
- Assist in developing clinical study protocols and data management plans;
- Run statistical/database programs using SAS/R and perform data analysis and reporting tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
- Experience in data management, clinical data analysis/reporting, and literature search;
- Knowledge in SAS and R programming;
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are added advantages;
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills, commitment to quality and compliance, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Detail-minded and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
