Job Overview:
Lutech Resources is a leading provider of tailored recruitment and integrated resource management solutions to the engineering, energy, and manufacturing sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, including developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing commercial support until Purchase Order close-out.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts that meet our business needs and provide value to the company.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need 15 years' experience in a procurement role in an EPCI company or sales engineer/project procurement manager. Construction site or manufacturing plant experience would be a plus.
