Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless coordination of cargo movements worldwide, collaborating with clients, customs agents, and other stakeholders to guarantee efficient logistics.
  • Maintain accurate order creation and updates within the system to facilitate timely and correct planning and prioritization during the WHS process.
  • Prepare and process necessary documents for export, import, and customs clearance, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and track cargo movements to ensure proper delivery and satisfaction.
  • Manage billing and cost information accurately within TMF to ensure correct invoicing and job costing.
  • Communicate with customers regarding cargo disposition, including tracking, tracing, routing, dispatching, and rate quotations.
  • Coordinate with other Crane Worldwide Logistics branches and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and exceptional service execution.
  • Optimize shipment modes to balance profitability and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and adhere to KPIs, including DNI, LNR, Cost accuracy, and ROTP.
  • Maintain compliance with company and industry policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, governance, and documentation is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills are required due to high volume and demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
